The designers, who have been with the company since 2002 and 2000, respectively, a roller coaster of management have undergone changes just last fall, when the Aquascutum by BFC and Jaeger President Harold Tillman and director Belinda Earl was purchased. WWD reports an industry source say that both designers are angling to embark on new projects. "They've had a great time on the brand, but they want to proceed, and we fully understand that," said Earl. "We want them, and the situation friendly."
Earl confirmed that the designers would be replaced in due course, but noted that a "strong Aquascutum design team" has already in place. "[7] Fidler and work out their notice, so now the business as usual."
